Abstract

Penelitian dan penulisan skripsi ini betujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis Kinerja Pegawai Di Puskesmas Pal V (Lima) Kecamatan Pontianak Barat pada loket pelayanan yang ditinjau dari Indikator Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai. Penulisan skripsi ini didasarkan atas permasalahan belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai di loket pelayanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan enam langkah penelitian, yaitu melakukan penelitian pendahuluan (pra survey), penyusunan outline, membuat usulan penelitian, seminar usulan penelitian, pengambilan data sekunder dan data primer dengan melakukan analisis data dan terakhir penyusunan hasil penelitian (Skripsi). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa belum optimal sepenuhnya, karena masih ditemukan masih kurang disiplinnya pegawai dalam menaati/mematuhi jam kerja. Rekomendasi yang dapat peneliti berikan yaitu diharapkan semua pegawai diberikan kesempatan mengikuti pelatihan teknis guna meningkatkan keterampilan, kualitas kerja pegawai untuk menunjang kemampuan dan keterampilan pegawai dalam melaksanakan pekerjaan dengan baik. Selain itu, diharapkan kedisiplianan pegawai lebih ditingkatkan lagi dalam hal menaati ketentuan waktu jam kerja dan mempertegas sanksi atau hukuman bagi yang tidak disiplin, serta nmeningkatkan kerjasama antar pegawai untuk mengurangi kesalahan komunikasi antar pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai di Puskesmas Pal V Kecamatan Pontianak Baratt. The research and writing of this thesis aims to describe and analyze employee performance at the Pal V Public Health Center (Lima) West Pontianak District at the service counter in terms of Employee Performance Assessment Indicators. The writing of this thesis is based on the problem of the non-optimal performance of employees at the service counter. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of research used is descriptive. This study uses six research steps, namely conducting preliminary research (pre survey), compiling outlines, making research proposals, research proposal seminars, collecting secondary and primary data by conducting data analysis and finally compiling research results (thesis). The results of the study show that it is not fully optimal, because it is still found that employees are still lacking in discipline in obeying/obeying working hours. The recommendation that researchers can give is that all employees are expected to be given the opportunity to take part in technical training to improve skills, the quality of work of employees to support the abilities and skills of employees in carrying out their jobs well. In addition, it is hoped that employee discipline will be further improved in terms of complying with the provisions of working hours and reinforcing sanctions or penalties for those who are not disciplined, as well as increasing cooperation between employees to reduce communication errors between employees to improve employee performance at the Pal V Health Center, Pontianak Baratt District.
