Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor internal dan ekternal yang menjadi hambatan warga belajar pendidikan kesetaraan Paket B di PKBM Simpati Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Kubu Raya dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah warga belajar kelas VII dan IX secara keseluruhan. Hasil analisis data dari hasil observasi dan wawancara menunjukan adanya hambatan belajar internal yaitu kurangnya minat dan aktifitas belajar, lemahnya warga belajar memahami konsep dan rumus-rumus, serta kesibukan aktifitas sehari-hari, sedangkan hambatan belajar eksternal tutor belum memahami acuan kurikulum yang digunakan serta pengelola kesulitan mendapatkan tutor yang memenuhi standar dan kualifikasi serta pengadaan sarana prasarana penunjang berupa buku refrensi dan alat peraga. Hasil angket menunjukkan dari 25 warga belajar responden, ada 23 warga belajar yang hambatan belajarnya dikategorikan tinggi dengan persentase 92 % dan ada 2 warga belajar yang hambatan belajarnya dikategorikan sangat tinggi dengan persentase 8 %. The results of analysis of data from observations and interviews indicate that the internal learning barriers and lack of interest in learning activities, poor the residents learn to understand the concepts and formulas, and the busyness of everyday activities, while external barriers to learning tutors do not understand the reference curriculum used and manager trouble getting a tutor that meets the standards and qualifications and the provision of supporting infrastructure such as reference books and props. The results of the questionnaire showed 25 residents learn the respondents, there were 23 residents learn that barriers to learning are categorized high percentage of 92% and two people learn the barriers to learning are very high categorized by the percentage of 8%.
