Abstract

The of this research are: (1) Reveals the impact from divorce parents towards children behavior; (2) To describe children social behavior before and after divorce parents. The method that used in this research is qualitative method. The result of this research show that divorce parents have a negative and positive impact towards children social behavior. The negative impact are children show uncontrolled behavior, frustration to face the future, unable to act in a rational way and the positive impact are children can handle the frustration, can think and act realistic and rational to face them life. Positive or negative children social behavior, before or after divorce parents depends on their relationship and communication between children and parents. If their relationship is good between them, its make the children independent, discipline, and responsibility. For in this case, need government cares to build real program about children who has a victim from divorce parents, government need to give them counseling about social norm, religion or life skill for their future. For the parents who have problem in their family, its better for parents to make a good way to solve their problem, because children need to feel safe, parents need to avoid fight or conflict to each other, for parents who already divorce, don’t be desperate, because children can more independent, can help their parents in working to fullfil their needed and they can make responsibility. Beside that, need good cooperation among parents and society, family and teacher, until children can make a good achievement based on their ability and their talented.
