Abstract

Ely Rahmawati “Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai (BLT) Untuk Keluarga Miskin Selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Sungai Dungun Kecamatan Sungai Kunyit Kabupaten Mempawah”. Skripsi, Program Studi Pembangunan Sosial fakultas Ilmu Sosial Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak 2022. Penulisan skripsi ini berujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan program bantuan langsung tunai covid 19 di Desa Sungai Dungun Kecamatan Sungai Kunyit Kabupaten Mempawah. Indikator penelitian yang di gunakan penulis pada penelitian ini ada 5(lima) yaitu: keberhasilan pelaksanaan program, keberhasilan sasaran, kepuasan terhadap pelaksanaan program, tingkat input dan output, pencapaian tujuan menyeluruh. Tipe penilitian yang berlokasi di Desa Sungai Dungun Kecamatan Sungai Kunyit Kabupaten Mempaawah mengunakan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Dimana penulis melakukan penelitian langsung ke kantor Desa Sungai Dungun agar dapat kejadian yang ada bersumber menurut kenyataaan yang bersifat sebenarnya pada waktu mengobservasi dengan menggunakan tipe penelitian melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Tekhnik pengambilan data informan menggunakan tekhnik purposive sampling karena informan yang di percayai tersebut memiliki informasi yang butuhkan perihal bantuan langsung tunai ini dan ikut terlibat langsung dalam Bantuan Langsung Tunai di Desa Sungai Dungun Kecamatan Sungai Kunyit Kabupaten Mempawah. Bersumber pada penelitian yang dilakukan memperoleh hasil bahwa Pelaksanaan Program Bantuan Langsung Tunai Covid 19 di Desa Sungai Dungun Kecamatan Sungai Kunyit Kabupaten Mempawah berjalan dengan efektif hal ini disebabkan penyortiran secara menyeluruh dan adil terhadap masyarakat sehingga masyarakat yang kurang mampu akan mendapatkan dan masyarakat juga merasa terbantu akan adanya bantuan langsung tunai tersebut. The purpose of writing this thesis is to find out the implementation of the COVID-19 direct cash assistance program in Sungai Dungun Village, Sungai Kunyit District, Mempawah Regency. There are 5 (five) research indicators used by the author in this study, namely: successful program implementation, target success, satisfaction with program implementation, input and output levels, overall goal achievement. This type of research which is located in Sungai Dungun Village, Sungai Kunyit District, Mempaawah Regency uses qualitative descriptive analysis research methods. Where the author conducts research directly to the Sungai Dungun Village office so that events can be sourced according to actual facts at the time of observing using the type of research through interviews, observation and documentation. The informant's data collection technique used a purposive sampling technique because the trusted informant had the information needed regarding this direct cash assistance and was directly involved in the Cash Direct Assistance in Sungai Dungun Village, Sungai Kunyit District, Mempawah Regency. Based on the research conducted, it was found that the implementation of the Covid 19 Direct Cash Assistance Program in Sungai Dungun Village, Sungai Kunyit Sub-district, Mempawah Regency was running effectively this was due to a thorough and fair sorting of the community so that the underprivileged people would receive it and the community also felt helped by direct cash assistance.
