Abstract

Indeks Harga adalah alat ukur untuk megukur kondisi perekonomian secara umum. Bagi pemerintah indeks harga memiliki beberapa peran penting. Peran penting tersebut antara lain untuk megukur tingkat kemajuan ekonomi. Salah satu indeks harga yang sering digunakan di Indonesia adalah Indeks Harga Konsumen (IHK). IHK adalah indikator ekonomi yang digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengukur nilai rata-rata perubahan harga barang dan jasa berupa inflasi atau deflasi di tingkat konsumen di daerah perkotaan. Mengingat IHK memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian di Indonesia, maka perlu dilakukan prediksi terhadap IHK untuk membantu pemerintah dalam mengantipasi dan menentukan kebijakan terhadap dampak buruk yang mungkin terjadi. Prediksi atau forecasting adalah meramalkan atau mengadakan perkiraan atau taksiran terhadap berbagai kemungkinan yang akan terjadi pada masa yang akan datang. Pada penelitan ini prediksi yang akan dilakukan menggunakan metode fuzzy time series cheng. Fuzzy time series cheng adalah pengembangan dari metode fuzzy time series. Time series adalah himpunan observasi data terurut dalam waktu yang dapat meganalisis dan menentukan pola data pada masa lampau. Logika fuzzy digunakan karena dapat menentukan suatu input ke dalam suatu output dan memiliki toleransi terhadap data-data yang tersedia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode fuzzy time series cheng untuk dapat megolah dan memberikan hasil prediksi IHK. Adapun hasil pengujian dari implementasi fuzzy time series cheng pada prediksi IHK periode Januari 2017 hingga Desember 2021 menghasilkan nilai rata-rata error MAPE terbaik sebesar 0.23% dengan jumlah interval sebanyak 77 dan hasil prediksi IHK pada bulan Januari 2022 sebesar 107.25 dengan nilai error MAPE sebesar 1%, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa prediksi dinilai sangat baik dan metode fuzzy time series cheng dapat diterapkan pada prediksi IHK. For the government the price index has several important roles. This important role includes to strengthen the level of economic progress. One of the price indices that are often used in Indonesia is the Consumer Price Index (CPI). CPI is an economic indicator used as a reference to measure the average value of changes in prices of goods and services in the form of inflation or deflation at the consumer level in urban areas. Considering that CPI has an important role in the economy in Indonesia, it is necessary to predict the CPI to assist the government in anticipating and determining policies against adverse impacts that may occur. Forecasting is forecasting or holding estimates or estimates of various possibilities that will occur in the future. In this research, predictions will be made using the fuzzy time series cheng method. Fuzzy time series cheng is a development of the fuzzy time series method. A time series is a set of observations of ordered data in time that can analyze and determine data patterns in the past. Fuzzy logic is used because it can determine an input into an output and has tolerance for the available data. This study aims to implement the fuzzy time series cheng method to be able to process and provide CPI prediction results. The test results from the implementation of the fuzzy time series cheng in the CPI prediction for the period January 2017 to December 2021 resulted in the best MAPE error average value of 0.23% with a total interval of 77 and the CPI prediction result in January 2022 of 107.25 with a MAPE error value of 1%, so it can be said that the prediction is considered very good and the fuzzy time series cheng method can be applied to CPI predictions.
