Abstract

Penulisan Skripsi ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai “Pola Adaptasi Guru Dan Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Sp.Bf. Kelansam Desa Mensiap Baru Kecamatan Tempunak Kabupaten Sintang Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19(Coronavirus Disease Of 2019)”. Permasalahan mengenai Pola Adaptasi Guru Dan Siswa di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Sp.Bf. Kelansam Desa Mensiap Baru Kecamatan Tempunak Kabupaten Sintang Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 ini cukup menarik untuk diteliti mengingat pola adaptasi saat berkomunikasi antara guru dan siswa ini harus menyesuaikan kembali saat mereka memulai kegiatan di sekolah dengan cara tatap muka terbatas. Dampak covid 19 dalam bidang pendidikan sangat sulit untuk menciptakan situasi yang efektif, terciptanya komunikasi dalam kegiatan guru dan siswa tidak berlangsung secara penuh karena adanya jarak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pola adaptasi guru dan siswa di masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, jurnal, buku dan dokumentasi SD Negri 24 SP.BF Kelansam. Teori yang di gunakan adalah Teori AGIL Talcott Parsons Menurut teori fungsionalis ini masyarakat adalah “suatu sistem sosial yang terdiri atas bagian-bagian atau elemen yang saling berkaitan dan saling menyatu dalam kesimbangan. Perubahan yang terjadi satu bagian akan membawa perubahan pula terhadap bagian lain. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses pola adaptasi guru dan siswa selama pandemi covid-19 yaitu sebagian guru dan siswa mampu melakukan adaptasi dalam proses komunikasi dengan cara kemampuan skill dalam berkomunikasi di masa pandemi covid-19 ini, khususnya dengan memberikan beberapa kuis interaktif yang dapat dijawab secara langsung, serta dapat memberikan pelajaran yang menarik dan menciptakan suasana interaksi yang aktif. This study aimed to provide an understanding and find out “The Adaptation Pattern of the Teachers and Students in Sekolah Dasar Negeri 24 Sp.Bf Kelansam of Mensiap Baru Village of Tempunak District of Sintang Regency during the Coronavirus Disease of 2019 (COVID- 19) Pandemic”. This problem was quite interesting to examine because this pattern of adaptation in the communication between teachers and students must re-adjust when they started activities at school in limited face-to-face learning. The impact of COVID-19 in the education sector was very difficult to create an effective situation, the creation of communication in teacher and student activities did not take place fully due to distance. This study used the qualitative descriptive research method. The techniques of data collection were observation, interview, journals, books, and documentation of SD Negeri 24 SP. BF Kelansam. This study also used Talcot Pasrsons’s AGIL theory which according to this functionalism theory, the community is “a social system consisting of parts or elements that are interrelated and unified in balance”. It means that changes that occur in one part will also bring changes to other parts. The results of this study showed the process of adaptation patterns of teachers and students during the COVID-19 pandemic, specifically, some teachers and students were able to adapt to the communication process by communicating skills during this COVID-19 pandemic, especially by providing several interactive quizzes that could be answered directly and could provide interesting lessons as well as create an atmosphere of active interaction.
