Abstract

Dita Artia Utami : Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kedisiplinan Aparatur Sipil Negara Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Skripsi. Pontianak : Program Stud Ilmu Pemerintahan Faktor Ilmu Social Dan Ilmu Politik Universitas Tanjungpura. Rekapitulasi daftar absen Aparatur Sipil Negara pada Sekretariat Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat diatas menunjukan bahwa terdapat Aparatur Sipil Negara yang memiliki jumlah keterlambatan yang sangat banyak yaitu Aparatur Sipil Negara dengan Pangkat/Golongan II.c, III.b dan III.d, hal ini membuktikan bahwa masih rendahnya kesadaran Aparatur Sipil Negara dari golongan rendah sampai pemangku jabatan structural di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi mengenai kedisplinan waktu masuk kerja dan pulang kerja. Penulisan bertujuan untuk mengetahui Factor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kedisiplinan Aparatur Sipil Negara Di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.Penelitian ini dilakukan pendekatan kualitatif jenis Verifikasi. Yang menjadi subjek dalam penulisan ini adalah orang-orang yang mempunyai dan mengetahui informasi tentang kedisiplinan Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Adapun Objek penelitian dalam tulisan ini adalah apa saja faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi kedisiplinan Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan yaitu dengan cara : observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Tenik analisis data yaitu dengan cara : pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi.Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa semua indikator pada teori Hasibuan merupakan Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kedisiplinan Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Kalimantan Barat sesuai dengan hasil wawancara dan temuan dilapangan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti. Aparatur Sipil Negara umumnya sudah disiplin, namun akan lebih baik jika kedisiplinan itu dipertahankan atau di tingkatkan lagi. The recapitulation of the attendance list of the Civil Servants at the Secretariat of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Kalimantan Province shows that there are Civil Servants who have a lot of tardiness, namely Civil Servants with Ranks/Classifications of II.c, III.b and III.d. This proves that the low awareness of the Civil Servants, from the low classification to the structural position holders in the Manpower and Transmigration Office regarding discipline when starting work and returning home from work. This research aims to reveal the factors that affect the discipline of civil servants at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Kalimantan Province. This research was carried out with a qualitative approach, a type of verification. The subjects in this paper were people who have and know information about the discipline of the Civil Servants at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Kalimantan Province. The object of research in this study is what are the factors that affect the discipline of the Civil Servants at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Kalimantan Province. Data collection techniques were carried out to obtain the information needed through: observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of data analysis was carried out through: data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing or verification. The results of this study showed that all indicators in Hasibuan's theory are Factors that Affect the Discipline of Civil Servants at the Manpower and Transmigration Office of West Kalimantan Province in accordance with the results of interviews and findings in the field conducted by researcher. The Civil Servants are generally disciplined, but it would be better if such discipline is maintained or improved.
