Abstract

Banking is claimed to work well and excels from others when its financial performance improves and persists consistently to maintain its existence in society. One way to prove it is that the party can pay debts. A bank's financial statements are considered reasonable if they can generate profits a meet short and long-term needs. The final result of the financial performance of a bank can be measured by a financial benchmark called a financial ratio. This research discussed the effect of company size, liquidity, and leverage on earning quality. There are 47 companies selected as the population within 4 years. The researcher has done the robustness test in order to see the robustness of this research. The dependent variable is Earning Quality and the independent variables are Company Size, Liquidity, and Leverage. The results of this research showed that Company Size and Liquidity do not affect Earning quality, while Leverage affects Earning Quality. The researcher also use robustness test to see the robust in this research model.
