Abstract
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembagian kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sambas. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Subkhi dan Jauhar (2013,265) yang mengemukan terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kerja dalam organisasi yaitu struktur, tujuan, manusia, hukum, prosedur pengoperasian yang berlaku, teknologi, lingkungan, kompleksitas, spesialisasi, kewenangan dan pembagian kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 31 responden. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS statistics 25. Hasil penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh positif antara pembagian kerja terhadap efektivitas kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Sambas. Koefisien korelasi dari kedua variabel penelitian ini yaitu sebesar 0,423 yang termasuk pada kategori sedang yakni antara 0,40-0,599. Nilai koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa pembagian kerja berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja sebesar 17,9% sedangkan sisanya 82,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Analisis regresi sederhana variabel pembagian kerja sebesar 0,099 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap penambahan 1% nilai pembagian kerja, maka nilai efektivitas kerja bertambah sebesar 0,099. Jadi disarankan peneliti selanjutnya yang ingin meneliti tentang efektivitas kerja dapat menggunakan variabel lainnya sehingga dapat diketahui variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap efektivitas kerja. Kata kunci: Pembagian Kerja, Efektivitas Kerja, Pegawai Negeri Sipil This study aims to find out the effects of the division of labor on the work effectiveness of Civil Servants at the Regional House of Representative Secretariat of Sambas Regency. The theory used in this study is the theory proposed by Subkhi and Jauhar (2013: 265) which suggests that there are several factors that affect work effectiveness in organizations, namely structure, goals, people, laws, applicable operating procedures, technology, environment, complexity, specialization, authority, and division of labor. This study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 31 respondents. The data obtained were then processed using the IBM SPSS statistics 25 software. The results of this study show that there is a positive effect on the division of labor on the work effectiveness of Civil Servants at the Regional House of Representative Secretariat of Sambas Regency. The correlation coefficient of the two research variables is 0.423 which falls into the medium category namely between 0.40 0.599. The value of the coefficient of determination shows that the division of labor affects work effectiveness by 17.9% while the remaining 82.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. Simple regression analysis of the division of labor variable is 0.099 which states that for every 1% addition of the value of the division of labor, the value of work effectiveness increases by 0.099. So it is recommended that further research that examines the division of labor can use other variables so that it can be seen which variables have the most significant effect on work effectiveness.
