Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mendeskripsikan dan Menganalisis Peran Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai fasilisator dan motivator dalam Pemberdayaan Masyarakat di Desa Semangut Utara, Kecamatan Bunut Hulu, Kabupaten Kapuas Hulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, serta melalui teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teori dari David Prasetyo yang mengungkapkan ada 4 indikator peran BUMDes dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat yaitu sebagai fasilisator, mediator, motivator, dan dinamisator. Dalam penelitian ini untuk mempersempit pembahasan peneliti menggunakan dua indikator sebagai pisau analisis yaitu BUMDes sebagai fasilisator dan BUMDes sebagai motivator. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti mengungkapkan bahwa analisis peran BUMDes sebagai fasilisator dan sebagai motivator dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat Dapat dikatakan cukup baik jika dikaitkan dengan kondisi sekarang dampak yang di dapatkan masyarakat harusnya merupakan dampak yang positif. Saran peneliti dalam permasalahan ini bagi pihak pemerintah desa serta pengelola BUMDes diharapkan bisa mengembangkan program dan menambah program tidak hanya mengharapkan satu program saja, dan bagi masyarakat terus mendukung program yang ada dan selalu memberikan masukan kepada pemerintah desa dan pengelola BUMDes serta bisa lebih berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan BUMDes. This study aims to describe and analyze the role of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) as facilitators and motivators in Community Empowerment in Semangut Utara Village, Bunut Hulu Sub-District, Kapuas Hulu Regency. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, and the data collection techniques were in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this study is the theory proposed by David Prasetyo which reveals that there are 4 (four) indicators of the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) in community empowerment, namely as a facilitator, mediator, motivator, and dynamisator. In this study, to narrow the discussion, two indicators were used as an analytical tool, namely Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a facilitator and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a motivator. The results of the research showed that the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as a facilitator and as a motivator in community empowerment is quite good, and with regard to current conditions the community should get the positive impacts. This research recommended that the village government and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) managers should be able to develop and add programs, not only expecting resultd from one particular program, and that the community should continue to support the existing programs and always provide input to the village government and Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) managers, and play a more active role in the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) management.
